![]() ![]() Victoria had been missing for several weeks, and when the earl finally finds her and brings her home, she is surprised to find it is the real life scene and home that was in the picture of her future. Victoria wakes up to find herself transported to 1897 where she is the Countess of Guildford, married to Nicholas Thornhill, Earl of Guildford. Nick stays in the hospital, not wanting to leave Victoria alone. He has always had a special feeling for the painting that caught Victoria’s fancy, as well as his two prized portraits (which look exactly like the woman who had just entered his gallery). When an explosion takes place, she falls into a coma and is rushed to the hospital.
